We're giving everyone the chance to win some fabulous prizes in our new monthly free prize draws. If you're signed up for our emails you'll get an email each month with details of a new prize, just click the button on the email to register your entry and be in with a chance of winning.
There's a new prize each month throughout the year and it couldn't be easier to enter. Just make sure you're signed up for our emails using the form below.
Gift Card Giveaway terms & conditions
- By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- One email will be sent each on the 4th Thursday of each month, starting on the 25th April. Each email will contain details of the prize for that day and link which must be clicked in order to register your entry.
- The send date of the email may vary each month.
- To enter the prize draw entrants must click the link in the competition emails. No other entry routes are available.
- The entry link is each email is valid for that month’s prize only.
- The entry link must be clicked within 14 days of the email being sent.
- One entry per person, per day. Multiple clicks on the entry button will not increase chances of winning.
- Emails will be sent to all people on our database with a valid email who are opted-in to receive our email newsletters by midnight the previous day. If you are not currently opted-in to receive our emails you can do so on our website.
- We can not be held responsible for missed entries if the email is blocked by the recipient's email client / mailbox.
- Prizes vary depending on the Mall shopping centre, and will be announced in the email for each day.
- Prizes may differ from images used in the emails.
- Prizes may be subject to change during the course of the promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The prize winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. Entrants must ensure we they have provided their corrent contact details.
- Prizes must be collected from the shopping centre.
- Entry is open UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding shopping centre employees and their relatives, agents of shopping centre, retailers within the centre or anyone professionally connected with the activity.
- No purchase necessary.
- We will securely hold and process your data in line with UK and EU data protection laws. Third party access to this data is limited to those providers we use to help carry our services to you and we will not share or sell your data to other organisations. You can access and update your information and contact preferences at any time by visiting themall.co.uk or by following the link in any of our emails.
- If the winner cannot be reached or has otherwise failed to acknowledge such notification within 3 days, that winner may forfeit the prize and another winner may be selected at random.
- Winners may be required to take part in publicity including having their photo taken for use online, press and social media.
- Names of the winners will be available after the closing date by written request to the promoter’s address shown below.
- Entries by automated websites or competition service websites will not be counted.
- We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
- Our decision on all matters is final. In the event of a dispute, please contact us.
