What are Amazon Lockers? 

Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks where customers can collect or return their Amazon parcels at a time that's convenient for them. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, you'll be charged £2.99 for One-Day delivery or £5.99 for Same-Day delivery of eligible items. Currently, Same-Day is only available for selected Lockers in the UK. Learn more below.

How to click and collect with Amazon Locker

1.) Find & Save your Amazon Locker - Search for The Mall Maidstone locker which is called Oakman and add it to your Amazon address book

2.) Send Your Stuff - Shop as usual and select our Amazon Locker location as your delivery address when you check out

3.) Pick Up Your Parcel - Once Amazon has emailed your unique pickup code, go to your Locker and follow the instructions on the screen

Our Amazon Lockers are located on the Lower Level between Golden Boot and the lifts, they are regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure your safety.
