  • Sweet Potato, Falafel & Smashed Beets Veggie Box

This colourful vegan salad is loaded with turmeric & sweet potato falafel, smashed beetroot humous, avocado, broccoli, pomegranate seeds and edamame beans, on a bed of brown rice & red quinoa. Finished with a pot of zingy green dressing.

  • Roast Beets, Squash & Feta Veggie Box

This Veggie Box combines roasted baby beets and butternut squash with diced feta, spinach and a mix of seeds, including hemp seed, linseed, buckwheat and pumpkin seeds. Served on brown rice & red quinoa and finished with pot of French Dijon dressing.

  • Super-Veg Rainbow Flat Bread

This colourful flat bread pairs red pepper, edamame, spinach, pickled cabbage & carrot slaw, coriander and a dollop of coconut yoghurt with vegan sambal paste for a zingy, slightly spicy kick.
