Accessibility
Being at the heart of the local community we are committed to ensuring all our guests enjoy their experience of shopping with us and offer a wide range of services for people with different access needs. There are lifts (with audio and low level buttons) to all floors of The Mall Wood Green. A ramp also provides easy access from the car park.
Disabled toilets
The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the first floor. It's free of charge and is controlled by radar keys which can be obtained from the Guest Services Lounge. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.
Disabled parking
We have disabled parking bays which can be found on level 2 of the west car park (off Caxton Road).
Family parking
Family parking bays can be found on level 2 of the west car park. These are available on a first come first served basis; you do not need a permit but we ask that guests respect others' needs and only use them if visiting with young children.
Wheelchair hire
A wheelchair is available for your use free of charge from the Guest Services Lounge.
Quiet Hour
The Mall understands busy crowds and loud noises can be overwhelming and daunting for some guests, so every Tuesday from 9am-10am the mall music is turned off. We also hold quieter sessions for children during every family event we run, for details please see our What's On page for upcoming events.
Sunflower Lanyards

Face Covering Exemption Cards
If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, please visit www.gov.uk where you can download & print exemption badges, exemption cards or a mobile phone card version.
Freshen Up
We want you to shop in comfort. That's why at The Mall Wood Green we pride ourselves on the accessibility and high standards of our Freshen Up toilet facilities which can be found on the first floor.
Baby Fresh
It's no fun for little ones (or you) when they are uncomfortable. At The Mall Wood Green our Parent and Baby room has two changing mats, a private feeding cubicle, a baby change and feeding area and a toddler toilet. It's clean and secure, so you can all take time out and refresh.
WiFi & Phone Charging
Free WiFi is available for shoppers at The Mall Wood Green. To access the service, check that WiFi is enabled and select '_the mall Free WiFi' from the list of available networks. Open your internet browser and the landing page should appear. If it is your first time using network follow the simple one-time registration process.
Low on battery? Charge on the move at The Mall with Joos!
Joos allows you to charge on the move, meaning you can always use your phone to stay connected, make payments and more - all without having to wait by a plug in the wall or locking your phone away!
You can pick up a Joos power bank at the Joos Box located on the upper floor food court next to the entrance to Cineworld. Simply download the Joos app on iPhone or Android, use the map to locate your nearest Joos Box and charge while you shop, stress free!
Once charged, you can return the charger to any of the Joos Boxes, either in the shopping centre or in another venue, whichever is the most convenient for you! Simply find your nearest and hit the return button.
Joos allows you to charge safely, too. Between users, Joos power banks quarantine themselves in their protective slot long enough to kill off viral agents. All of Joos' equipment and power banks are also sanitised for extra comfort. But that’s not all, the power banks are made with medical grade antimicrobial plastic... for that extra piece of mind.
