ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING

The Mall Wood Green West Car park has introduced Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations. CATEC EV Charging Station is located on level 2 of the West Car Park.

What is CATEC:

CATEC is a global charge point operator for a network of electric vehicle charging stations. The chargers come with a standard Type 2 plug, allowing them to charge any car on the market today, including Tesla. Each socket provides customers with up to 7.2kW of power. Drivers will gain an average of 25 miles of range per hour of charge.

How to Use:

1. Connect your charging cable to the charger’s socket and your electric vehicle (EV) and ensure a secure connection.
2. Scan The QR Code at the charger, go Online and continue as a Guest, or download the Clenergy App from App Store or Google Play and Sign up on the app.
3. Scan the QR code on the charge point again or enter the Charger ID (003480).
4. Select the Connector you have connected to (Right or Left) and add your payment details (Credit or Debit Card) and Select “Charge” on your phone.
5. Connect the charging cable to your electric vehicle (EV) and ensure a secure connection.

The Mall Wood Green West Car park currently has 2 EV chargers, each with the ability to charge two cars simultaneously at 7.2 kWh.

The charging station is located on the first level of The Mall West Car Park, Caxton Rd, London N226TB.

How can I be sure no one will unplug my car to charge their own?

The handle locks until it is prompted to be released by the user through their mobile phone.

Which cars can use the CATEC chargers?

With a standard Type 2 connector, Charging Station can charge any EV on the road today, even the Tesla.
