Water - Going to great lengths
Reducing our water usage is a priority. In 2023, we saved 6,130,075 litres of water - that’s a 13% improvement on 2022. With plans to create waterless urinals, we'll be making an even bigger saving in 2024, so watch this space!
We have introduced SMART FLOW water metering and leak detection throughout the centre to allow us to efficiently monitor water usage and respond quickly to any leaks.
Electric - Electrifying figures
In 2023 we saved 1,624,958 kwh of electricity. That’s the equivalent of powering over 600 UK homes a year.

...of renewable energy. All our electricity comes from renewable energy sources – helping us to take an even more sustainable approach as we move to the future.
Gas - All Things Must Pass
We no longer use any gas in landlord areas, meaning we can move away from fossil fuels and focus on renewable energy.
Air Handling – Not Just a Load of Hot Air
We’ve installed new energy efficient air handling units for conditioned air which will help us tackle challenging temperatures in summer and winter and keep our guests comfortable without using excessive energy.
