World cocktail day is a global celebration of cocktails, it takes place on the 13^th May every year, giving us a reason to raise our glasses and celebrate the art of mixology. To bring a splash of excitement to world cocktail day here are a few recipes you can enjoy.

Mojito recipe 
Juice of 1 lime
1tsp granulated sugar
Small handful mint, leave, plus extra sprig to serve
60ml white rum
Soda water
