National Dog Day 26th August
National dog day is also known as international dog day, its celebrated-on August 26th each year. A day to celebrate the souls who walk beside us on four paws, the tail-wagers, the face-lickers, the silent healers. The day was created to honour dogs, celebrate their companionship, and raise awareness about the large number of dogs needing rescue and adoption, the day also aims to educate people about responsible dog ownership, including the importance of proper care and making informed decisions about getting a dog.
