The Mall Wood Green will be teaming up with its charity of the year, MIND in Haringey, to host a ‘Bake 'n' Talk’ event.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Day - designed to highlight the issues around mental health, encourage those who may be suffering to talk to others, and to remove the taboo around the subject - The Mall Wood Green is inviting the local community to visit the centre, grab a cuppa and a baked treat of their choice in return for a donation to MIND Haringey before sitting down for a natter with friends and colleagues.
The Bake 'n' Talk morning will run from 9.30am until 12pm.
