To celebrate #GivingTuesday, We are inviting you to nominate someone in your local community who you feel deserves an extra special treat this Christmas time. Visit our facebook page and comment on our #GivingTuesday post with their name, to give them the chance to win a Thornton's chocolate hamper. The winners will be announced on the afternoon of Tuesday 29th November.

#GivingTuesday is a global day doing good stuff following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Help us to start a chain reaction of kindness!

• By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms, so please read carefully.
• Multiple entries do not increase chances of winning.
• Entry is open UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding Mall employees and their relatives, agents of the Mall or anyone professionally connected with the activity.
• Only one entry per person per question will go into the prize draw. No purchase necessary.
• No prize or cash alternatives are available however we reserve the right to provide alternatives of a similar or higher value if the prizes become unavailable for reasons outside of our control.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• 4 winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. 
• The prize winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook on Tuesday 29th November.
• Winners will be announced publicly on Facebook the day following each prize draw.
• If the winner cannot be reached or has otherwise failed to acknowledge such notification within 3 days, that winner forfeits the prize and another winner will be selected at random.
• Winners may be required to take part in publicity including having their photo taken for use online, press and social media.
• The closing time for the competition is 12.30pm on Tuesday 29th November.
• Names of the winners will be available after the closing date by written request to the promoter’s address shown below.
• Entry is via The Mall Facebook pages only.
• Entries by automated websites or competition services will not be counted.
• The selection of winners is final and no further discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
• The Mall reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
