The Position

Employment Type: Full Time/Part time/Relief position
Hours per week:
• Full time - 45 hrs. per week 5 days from 7
• Part time - 27 hrs. per week 3 days from 7
• Relief position – cover holidays and sickness, fully flexible
Rate: £9.23


• Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
• Dealing with Customers, Retailers and Contractor's
• Supporting visitors and the public providing guidance and advice
• Accurately reporting and recording incidents
• Patrolling of the Shopping Centre
• H&S Checks
• Following site specific procedures
• Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner

• Shifts will be varied working five days out of seven
• Maximum 45 hours Per Week

Essential Experience:
• Ability to contribute to the team
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Confident dealing with the public
• Previous Security Experience
• SIA Licence - Door Supervision (Preferable but training can be given)
• Strong Verbal Communication Skills
• Previous Shopping Centre Security Experience
• Strong written communication skills
