A kitchen assistant is a key team player whose primary responsibility is to prepare excellent food served to company standards.
To prepare and cook all food items according to the company procedure.
To be able to work on various equipment present in the restaurant.
To be able to understand and perform opening and closing procedures for all equipment.
To carry out regular cleaning of kitchen equipment in order to maintain hygiene standards.
To be able to assist on coordination of food service, setting up the restaurant and delivering freshly prepared food to the guests table.
Job holder will be required to attend training courses, company meetings and other team events.
Adhere to all mystery shopper requirements
Observe business etiquette and confidentiality at all times.
To comply with any other reasonable requests by a member of the management team.
