Time To Talk Day 3rd Feb 2022

Time To Talk Day is all about encouraging conversations about mental health so we all feel happier talking about how we’re feeling and what we’re thinking. We’re asking you to get involved by sharing the hashtag across social media, and by checking in with those around you.

Conversations alone may not be the solution - but they start momentum, and if someone is able to use that momentum to continue to access support, then eventually they can get better. Never underestimate the power a conversation can have in making a difference.

For many of us, Time To Talk Day might be a catalyst for us seeking support for the mental health problems we have been experiencing. This poster collates some of the helplines which you can access.
