The Uniform Exchange is an ongoing project of Level Trust
1st Jan - 31st Dec
Please note that the last day over the Christmas period for the Uniform Exchange will be Friday 21st December and will reopen on Tuesday 8th January.
With the following mission: to reduce the effect that poverty has on children and their school experience, Level Trust works in partnership with schools to support families struggling financially. Providing basic necessities like shoes, winter coats, school uniforms, learning equipment for the home and enrichment activities over the holidays, the charity works on an exchange system and encourages families to both give and receive.
To get uniform come down to their Uniform Exchange on the Gallery Level of The Mall with items of uniform you don’t need any more. You can swap these for items you do need.
If you haven’t got any uniform to bring you can swap a uniform gift card instead.
You can get gift cards in 2 ways:
- If your school or agency you work with is a Level Trust partner, please talk to your family worker or link worker and they will be able to provide you with a gift card. For a list of their partners, please click here.
- If you do not have contact with a partner organisation please contact the Uniform Exchange directly. They have a limited number of gift cards they can supply themselves.
Uniform Exchange try their best to stock branded items for all schools, but because they rely on donations, they are not always able to do this. To find out if they have what you need, feel free to get in touch before you come in to see them and they can check for you – just email Husna on email@example.com. If they cannot help you with branded uniform, they generally can help with non–branded items.
Tuesday: 12pm - 4pm
Wednesday: 9am - 1pm
Thursday: 12pm - 4pm
Friday: 9am - 1pm
Donations of uniform are accepted inside the Uniform Exchange during their opening times or can be dropped off at the donation point outside of these hours.
