The Position

Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours per week

As a key team leader you are going to make a real difference, supporting the management team and keeping everything ticking over in their absence. You will have to work hard, but we will offer you comprehensive on the job training and opportunities to develop and progress into store management if that’s what you want.

We trade Monday to Saturday with no Sunday opening, so that day is for you and your family. You will need to work 5 days out of 6 including Saturdays and you need to be flexible to work extra hours and shifts especially at Christmas, when we extend our trading day and operate extra out of hour’s shifts.

As a Supervisor your key responsibilities will be:

  • Team supervision
  • Key holder
  • Safe and cash management
  • Daily and weekly rotas and shift planners
  • Great Customer service
  • Merchandising and implementing promotion set ups
  • Maintaining store standards
