The Position

30 hours a week 
This is a fully flexible role and will require you to work up to 5 out of 7 full days per week for which rotas will be provided 4 weeks in advance (including weekends & bank holidays). The days and times for each shift may vary depending on the business needs.




As a Restaurant Supervisor you will work along side the Food Services Manager and will be responsible for the day to day running of all catering options within the store. In this role you will seek to maximize sales and profit performance through the delivery of excellent selling and service. You will achieve this through developing your team, ensuring excellent product presentation and delivery and maintaining sound financial controls. 
You will be a highly proactive individual with an enthusiasm for catering. You will have the communication skills to coach and develop a team to succeed and using an organised and flexible approach will be able to make effective decisions, delegating when appropriate.
