We are looking for a business minded individual to support our management team, who is a natural leader and lives and breathes sales and all things technical. You will have responsibility for KPIs and store performance, ensuring that your team are constantly motivated to promote the Vodafone way of life and values. Experience in driving yourself and others to meet targets and KPIs. Ability to coach, mentor and develop others. Previous experience in leading a team. Have awareness of following processes. Have a great understanding of customer service levels and commercial awareness of your local area and competitors.
