Simon Warren exhibition

1st Jun - 18th Jun

Simon Warren is no stranger to The E17 Art Trail, having exhibited for the last 7 years.

For this year’s Art Trail he has moved away from documenting Walthamstow’s architecture to trees, with a unique look at their yearly life cycle. Seven trees were photographed from the same position to reflect their changing appearance throughout the year. The remaining eight are individual portraits showing the diversity of species in Walthamstow.

All images are for sale either as individual trees or in groups. You can even have your very own montage of trees made from a selection of individual trees from above at no extra cost. For prices visit:

FIND THE TREES: The trees featured in Simons show can all be found by scanning the unique bar code on the image displayed within The Mall with a smartphone, which then links to Google Maps. Simply choose your favourite tree, scan the bar code and visit the location on Google Maps. They are all located within 15 minutes walking distance of this location.

TAKE PART: If you love trees or have been inspired by the work, you can take part by taking images of your trees on your smartphone or camera and uploading to the Facebook group TREE17.

I hope that you have enjoyed the show and it has inspired you to look out for trees here in Walthamstow and the wider world.
