Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize consists of one Mall gift card, pre-loaded with £1000. No alternatives are available.
2. Closing date for entry is midnight 31st December 2008.
3. Entry is via www.themall.co.uk only and is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over, except employees of The Mall, the retailers, their promotional agencies, and members of their respective immediate families and those domiciled with said families.
4. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. If an entrant completes the Tell a Friend form and that friend subsequently enters the competition they will receive one extra entry into the competition, up to a maximum of 10 additional entries. One entry per person in all other circumstances.
7. Usual terms and conditions apply to the use of the gift card which can be found here.
8. The prize draw will be made no later than 10 working days following the closing date. No correspondence will be entered into: The Promoters decision is final.
9. We reserve the right to conduct a re-draw if the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period.
