Terms & Conditions
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entry is via official entry leaflets only. All registration fields must be completed for an entry to be valid. False details will cause an entry to be invalid. Enter in any Mall or via themall.co.uk.
3. The prize draw runs from 06/07/09 - 31/07/09 inclusive.
4. All participants over the age of 18 have the opportunity to leave their details to enter the prize draw. The prize for this draw is a one week 3 star holiday for 2 adults to one of the following resorts:
a. Apartments Golf Centre - Costa Almeria
b. Percles Hotel - Kos
c. Sa Mirada Apartments - Menorca
d. Paloma Apartments - Turkey
e. Paradise Apartments - Corfu
5. Holiday includes all airport transfers, luggage allowance and airport taxes. Holiday does not include travel insurance.
6. Winning holidays are currently booked for the below dates.
a. Apartments Golf Centre, Costa Almeria - holiday to be taken by 24th September 2009
b. Percles Hotel, Kos - 11th October 2009
c. Sa Mirada Apartments, Menorca - 20th September 2009
d. Paloma Apartments, Turkey - 10th October 2009
e. Paradise Apartments, Corfu - 5th October 2009
7. If winners cannot make the dates below the redemption period can be changed but must be changed 8 weeks before travel. Holiday must be taken by 28th February 2010 or are null and void.
8. No cash alternatives are available.
9. The competition will run in The Mall Aberdeen, Barnsley, Bexleyheath, Blackburn, Bristol, Camberley, Falkirk, Gloucester, Ilford, Luton, Maidstone, Middlesbrough, Norwich, Preston, Romford, Southampton, Sutton Coldfield, Uxbridge, Walthamstow and Wood Green. It excludes The Mall Chester, Edgware and Epsom.
10. Entry to the holiday competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. However by leaving their data 16-17 year olds are affected by point 8.
11. One entry per household.
12. The prize draw winner will be chosen at random by an independent person and notified by 30/08/09. We reserve the right to conduct a re-draw if the winner can not be contacted within a reasonable period. Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
13. By entering the prize draw and providing your details you are agreeing that we may contact you by email and post with the latest offers, events and news from The Mall. We promise not to share your data with anybody else, and you can opt-out at any time. 14. All winners may be required for post-event publicity.
15. Winner's names and county will be available by writing to 'Gorgeous Summer Holiday Competition' at the promoter's address.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
