Prize draw Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize consists of a Mall gift card, pre-loaded with £100.  No alternatives are available.
  2. One prize will be available each calendar month during 2008.  The first month of this promotion will be April 2008, and the last will be December 2008.
  3. The prize is available to all UK residents aged 16 and over.
  4. No purchase necessary.
  5. All people registered during a given month will automatically be entered into the prize draw for that month.
  6. Only new registrants will be entered, and multiple registrations by the same person will be discounted. 
  7. People who have previously registered and subsequently opted-out of future communications from The Mall are not eligible to enter.
  8. The prize draw will be made no later than 5 working days following the last day of each month, and the winner will be notified by email or telephone, within 10 working days following the draw.
  9. We reserve the right to conduct a re-draw if the winner can not be contacted within a reasonable period.
  10. The winner's name will be posted on the competition page each month.
  11. Last entries for a draw will be midnight on the last day of each month.  Registrations received after that point will be included in the following month's draw.
