Stage 1 - Nominations

1. Nominations for organisations must be submitted by official entry routes only by the 6th February 2012.
2. Nominated organisations will only be considered for this stage if they:
a. Work with under 21 year olds
b. Are committed and involved with promoting healthy and/or active lifestyles for this age group
c. Are local to the catchment area. No national organisations will be considered.

Stage 2 - Shortlist

1. By 8th February 2012 a shortlist of 6 organisations will be chosen based on the number of nominations they have received and suitability for the final selection.

Stage 3 - Final Selection

2. The 3 final organisations will be chosen by 10th February 2012 from the below criteria:
a. They are based in The Mall's catchment area
b. They have a sporting and youth relevance
c. Must not be a national organisation

Stage 4- Prizes
W/c 10th September, the overall winner will win a £5000 cheque. The two runner ups will receive £300 each in cheque form.

Misc

All organisations involved in this campaign will be required for publicity.
 

Consumer terms and conditions:

1. Any shopper that spends £20 in The Mall on one day can receive a token from the Ask Me point desk when they present their receipts.

2. One token per £20 spend. For example, if a shopper spends £60 they can receive 3 tokens.

3. If a customer owns or signs up for a RewardME card and have spent £20 they can receive 2 tokens.

4. Promotion runs 20th February 2012 to Monday 10th September 2012.

5. Winning organisation will be announced on w/c 10th September 2012.

Participating Malls: Blackburn, Camberley, Luton, Maidstone, Sutton Coldfield, Uxbridge, Walthamstow and Wood Green.
