Terms & Conditions
1. By making a pledge and entering the EnviroMall prize draw you have the chance to win one of 23 mountain bikes (one bike per Mall).
2. No prize or cash alternatives will be offered.
3. Entry is open to all UK residents over the age of 16 who make a pledge in The Mall, except the employees, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
4. One entry per person.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Winners may be requested to take part in reasonable publicity.
7. All registration fields must by completed for a valid entry. False details will cause the entry to be invalid.
8. Entry via leaving your details in the Mall only or online via www.themall.co.uk.
9. Closing date for the draw is midnight on 8th June 2008. Winners will be drawn at random by an independent person and will be notified by the 30th June 2008 using the contact details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted by this date, we reserve the right to draw another winner.
10. The winners' names will be available by emailing marketing@themall.co.uk between 30th June 2008 and 30th July 2008.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
12. 14. These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of the Promoter and entrants shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
