Terms & Conditions
1. To participate in the free prize draw customers must enter via an official entry form to be filled out at the Ask Me Point or Mall Management office.
2. There are: 20 box scheme prizes available, one per Mall, value will be up £300 per box. Delivery date to be agreed between the winner and the chosen supplier.
3. The promotion runs from 24/08/09 - 30/08/09 inclusive.
4. The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative to the prize.
5. The promotion will run in The Mall Aberdeen, Barnsley, Bexleyheath, Blackburn, Bristol, Camberley, Falkirk, Gloucester, Ilford, Luton, Maidstone, Middlesbrough, Norwich, Preston, Romford, Southampton, Sutton Coldfield, Uxbridge, Walthamstow and Wood Green. It excludes The Mall Chester, Edgware and Epsom.
6. Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
7. One entry per customer only, customers are not permitted to enter more than once throughout the duration of the promotion.
8. The prize draw winner will be chosen at random by an independent person and notified by 04/09/09. We reserve the right to conduct a re-draw if we are unable to contact the winner within a reasonable period. Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
9. By entering the prize draw and providing your details you are agreeing that we may contact you by email and post with the latest offers, events and news from The Mall. We promise not to share your data with anybody else, and you can opt-out at any time. 10. All winners may be required for post-event publicity.
11. Winner's names will be available by writing to 'The Mall Enviromall Promotion' at the promoter's address after 4th September 2009.
12. The promoter reserves the right to amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
