To enter the competition, entrants must complete the entry form available at the Ask Me Point and hand the completed
form to the Ask Me Point staff or post it to the address stated. The winner will be the person who answers the question in the most apt and original way in the opinion of the judges, 'The Mall Camberley (the promoter)' one of which will be independent of the promotion. No purchase necessary. Open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their families of The Mall Limited Partnership, its agents and tenants and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Only one entry per person. Entries can only be received via
official entry forms available at the Ask Me Point - photocopies will not be accepted. The prize is a £500 Spend Me card. No cash alternative. The competition closes at 5pm on Saturday 13th February 2010. A full name, contact phone number and address are required from all entrants in order for us to notify the winner of their prize. The winner will be contacted by telephone within 7 days of the closing date. All entries will be considered fairly. No correspondence will be entered into: The Promoters decision is final. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that fail to be included in the judging for any reason what so ever. The winner may be required to take part in publicity (including featuring on a photography display in The Mall) accompanying or resulting from this competition. The winner's name and county will be available upon written request by sending a SAE, marked 'Mother's Day Competition 2010' to The Mall Camberley, Mall Management Suite, 5-6 The Square, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3SL. These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of the Promoter and entrants shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
