Terms and conditions

• The prize draw is open people that received The Mall email and completed the questionnaire linked from it.
• Prize is for either a 16gb iPad2 or £500 Mall gift card at the choice of the winner. we reserve the right to substitute the selected prize for one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
• Closing date for entries, and questionnaire submissions, is 14th January 2012.
• The winner will be chosen at random and notified within 7 working days.
• If the winner can not be contacted within 14 days we reserve the right draw another winner.
• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 14 or older, excluding employees of the Mall, retailers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Full contact details must be provided.
• Questionnaire responses will not be associated to individuals and will not be taken into account when selecting a winner.
• Contact information provided at the end of the questionnaire will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition.
