Ask Me Point

If you require help and assistance during your visit to the Mall, simply visit our Ask Me Point, which is manned by our friendly Ask Me Point Assistants.

The Ask Me Point can be found at between Costa Coffee and Poundland, and can help with general information and provides the following services:

• Directions: if you're looking for a particular store, let our Assistants point you in the right direction.
   
• 'Spend Me' Gift Cards: the Gift Card from The Mall is the perfect gift for everyone.  It can be used in any store*, in any of our Malls throughout the country. You can purchase the card from the Ask Me point.  Just decide how much you want to give and can pre-load the card with up to £1000.
  
  *accepted in any store equipped to use Mastercard.
   
• 'Reward Me' Loyalty Card: it's FREE to sign up and you can use it immediately!
    
• Lost property: if you have misplaced or found any items simply report the items to one of the assistants at the Ask Me Point. Or alternatively, please call: 020 8520 6059.
