What's on - Julian Graves - Feel Good Food.

If you fancy fresh goji berries with your morning cereal but don't want to trek up the Himalayas every time - grow your own!Leading UK food specialist retailer Julian Graves is selling seed packets of this highly nutritious 'longevity' super berry in its 350 stores.
And despite being native to the Himalayas and parts of China, the seeds are very easy to grow (provided they are kept warm) and produce so many berries, any surplus can be frozen for future use.

Alison Miles, Julian Graves' marketing director, said:

"We were the first UK retailer to sell dried goji berries and these have proved so popular we decided to start selling the seeds themselves, have proved so popular we decided to start selling the seeds themselves.have proved so popular we decided to start selling the seeds themselves.

"The berries are known as the longevity fruit as they are extremely good for you. They are packed with vitamins A and C and contain seven of the eight essential amino acids our bodies need. They also apparently help spice up your sex life!

"As long as the sown seeds are kept very warm during their first weeks of growth, they are very easy to grow at home. Within a year, you should have fresh berries to eat," she added.

The packets, containing 50 - 70 seeds, are available at all Julian Graves and online at;
