Customers at The Mall Pavilions spending £50 or more in any combination of stores on one day are invited to take their receipts to the Ask Me point information desk where they spin a tombola drum and select a 'peel and reveal' game card. Each day shoppers could reveal prizes of £5, £10, £50 with one lucky shopper during the month scooping an instant top prize of £1,000. If shoppers are not lucky that day they can enter a free draw for a further prize of £1,000.
All the prizes will be awarded as 'Mall gift cards' which can be redeemed at over 50 of The Mall's stores. Customers can enter the competition every time they spend £50 providing they try their luck on the day they make their purchases.
Money Back Month Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. To participate customers must be able to prove they have spent £50 or more in any combination of stores within a participating Mall in a single day. Qualifying purchases can not be used more than once to gain entry, nor transferred to other participants.
2. Participant's proof of purchase should be presented at the Ask Me Point for a chance to select a game card at random from those available. Chances to win are subject to availability.
3. There are: 1 x £50, 10 x £10 and 25 x £5 prizes available per day, per participating Mall, plus 1 x £1000 jackpot prize per Mall that will be available on one random day during the promotion. Daily prizes are subject to availability. All prizes will be loaded onto a Mall Spend Me gift card. No alternatives are available. 4. The promotion runs from 4/10/08 - 31/10/08 inclusive.
5. The promotion will run in The Mall Barnsley, Bexleyheath, Blackburn, Bristol, Camberley, Falkirk, Gloucester, Ilford, Luton, Maidstone, Middlesbrough, Norwich, Preston, Romford, Southampton, Sutton Coldfield, Uxbridge, Walthamstow and Wood Green. It excludes The Mall Aberdeen, Chester, Edgware and Epsom.
6. The total number of chances to win in each Mall will vary throughout the week. These are: Saturdays - 371 chances to win; Sundays - 136 chances to win; Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday - 116 chances to win; Thursdays - 176 chances to win; Fridays - 196 chances to win. During Half Term week daily chances will increase. There is also one additional chance in each Mall over the 28 day promotion to win the jackpot prize.
7. Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
8. One entry per customer per day, however customers can enter on subsequent days as long as the entry requirements in point 1 have been met.
9. All participants have the opportunity to leave their details to enter an additional £1000 prize draw. The prize for this draw is 1 x £1000 which will be loaded on to a Spend Me gift card. No cash alternatives are available. Entry is via official game cards or entry leaflets only. All registration fields must be completed for an entry to be valid. False details will cause an entry to be invalid.
10. The prize draw winner will be chosen at random by an independent person and notified by 30/11/08. We reserve the right to conduct a re-draw if the winner can not be contacted within a reasonable period. Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
11. By entering the prize draw and providing your details you are agreeing that we may contact you by email and post with the latest offers, events and news from The Mall. We promise not to share your data with anybody else, and you can opt-out at any time. 12. All winners may be required for post-event publicity.

14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
