Ask Me Point

If you require help and assistance during your visit to the Mall, simply visit our Ask Me Point which is manned by our friendly Ask Me Point Assistants.

The Ask Me Point can be found outside M&S and Julian Graves  and can help with general information and provides the following services:

• Directions: If you're looking for a particular store, let our Assistants point you in the right direction.
  
   
• Spend Me Cards: The new Gift Card from The Mall is the perfect gift for everyone. It can be used in any store*, in any of our 20 Malls throughout the country. You can purchase the card from the Ask Me point. You decide how much you want to give and can pre-load the card with up to £1000.
  
  *accepted in any store equipped with Mastercard.
  
   
• Lost property: If you have misplaced or found any items simply report the items to one of the assistants at the Ask Me Point. Or alternatively, please call: 01895 255400.
  
   
• Taxis: If you require assistance in calling a taxi, just go to the Ask Me Point and we will call one for you.

• Lost children: Please come to the desk if you have lost your child or found a lost child and we will contact all availiable staff on shop floor to assist and bring the child/parent to the Ask Me Point.
