How it works

The Mall Savers Club is here to help you save regularly and spread the cost of big purchases. You can save regularly, and then any funds you have saved will be loaded on to a Mall Gift Card, that you can use in any of our stores in The Mall.

Every time you make a deposit into your account our staff will update a tracker card for you.
You can also check your account balance online at www.flex-e-card.com or by calling the balance hotline on 0870 730 7343.

How to apply

We have made the application process as simple as possible for you, so just follow these easy steps:

  1. Visit our Ask Me Point located outside WH Smith and ask to open a Savers Club account
  2. Bring along £10 ready to open your new account
  3. Our staff will then take your details including your name, telephone number, email address (if you have one), address and post code
  4. you will need to bring photographic ID such as passport, photographic driving license, drivers license or a bus pass along with a utility bill
  5. Your account is then active and you can start depositing funds on a monthly basis
