Would you like to find out information about your Mall? Do you have an idea of how we can make your time with us even better? Did you know we offer a whole range of services at The Mall Sutton Coldfield?

Then why not pay us a visit at our Customer Care Centre on level 1 of the car park or visit our Ask Me point outside WH Smiths.

We have a variety of services on offer, these include a Shopmobility scheme whereby we have both manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters on offer, you can even hire a pushchair, so if you forget yours or you need more room in your boot this is the perfect solution. Both of these services are absolutely free! (normal parking charges apply)

Within our car park you have the option to buy weekly parking at a special local business rate - one visit is all you will need to get both you and your business moving!
We have Disabled parking bays on levels 1, 3 and 5 and for the care and safety of our younger shoppers we have 64 extra wide parking bays on level 2, these are for customers who are members of our family first parking scheme. All members receive a parking permit to enable them to use this facility for just £1 per year
