How to get to The Mall Sutton Coldfield by...

  • Easily accessible by road from junctions 5, 6 or 7 of the M6, or Junctions 8 or 9 from the M42 and follow the signs for Sutton Coldfield Town Centre.
  • All major bus routes stop in Sutton Coldfield including those from Birmingham City Centre, Walsall, Solihull, Tamworth and Lichfield. All bus stops are adjacent to the Mall.
  • The Mall Sutton Coldfield is approximately 2 minutes walk from Sutton Coldfield train station.

Our Customer Care Centre is on level 1 of the car park, and our Ask Me Point is situated outside WH Smith.

You can find Mall Management on: the shopping level opposite Julian Graves and T-Mobile.

Here at The Mall Sutton Coldfield we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our Mall Team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Customer Care team are always nearby to answer your queries. We'll help you with Shopmobility and car park queries, with photocopying and faxing and help you locate lost property. For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated opposite Julian Graves and next to Art at Home.
