Parking

At The Mall Sutton Coldfield parking is easy, safe and secure. We have our own award-winning car park that offers convenient access to your Mall shopping centre. The car park has 950 parking spaces and easy access can be gained from Brassington Avenue. We have Disabled parking bays on levels 1, 3 and 5. For the care and safety of our younger shoppers we have 64 extra wide parking bays on level 2, these are for customers who are members of our Parent & Child parking scheme. All members receive a parking permit to enable them to use this facility for £1 per year. Please call into our Customer Care Centre on level 1 of the car park for full details.

Permanent security patrols are conducted throughout the day ensuring your vehicle is safe and secure.

Cyclists

Cycle racks are located on Parade near Boots and at the back of Natwest Bank

Due to safety reasons cycles are not permitted in The Mall, so please utilise these facilities.
