Disabled Facilities

The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the ground floor near to Laura Ashley and Bhs and is controlled by a security push button or radar key for your convenience. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to the shopping area from the car park. Our Shop Mobility service is available from our Customer Care Centre on level 1 of the car park, where you can hire electric and manual wheelchairs or powered scooters.
