Ask Me Point

If you require any help or assistance during your visit to The Mall, simply visit our Ask Me Point which is manned by our friendly Ask Me Point Assistants.

The Ask Me Point can be found outside WH Smith in Parade Mall and can help with any customer enquiries and provides the following services:

• Directions: If you're looking for a particular store, let our assistants point you in the right direction.
   
• Spend Me Cards: The Gift Card from The Mall is the perfect gift for everyone. It can be used in any store* in any of our Malls throughout the country. You can purchase the card from the Ask Me Point. You decide how much you want to give and you can pre-load the card from £5 up to £1000.
  *accepted in any store equipped with Mastercard.
  
• Reward Me Card: The new Loyalty Card from The Mall is for local shoppers, the free RewardME membership card entitles you to exclusive offers, discounts and promotions within The Mall.
   
• Lost property: If you have misplaced or found any items simply report it to one of the assistants at the Ask Me Point. Or alternatively please call: 0121 354 5628.
   
• Taxis: If you require a taxi, just go to the Ask Me Point and we will call one for you.
