How to get to The Mall Romford by...

  • From Gallows Corner at the intersection of Main Road (A118) and Southend Arterial Road (A127), follow Main Road to the roundabout, take 1st exit onto Mercury Gardens (A1251) and then the 1st exit onto Western Road - you will see the car park entrance on your left
  • Main bus routes into Romford include those listed below and all stop outside The Mall in Mercury Gardens.

    165,193, 248, 252, 294, 365, 370, 373, 496, 647, 649 , 650, 5, 103, 174, 175, 347 (Mon-Sat), 351 (Sunday only), 498, 499.
  • Romford Station is only 25 minutes from London Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk to The Mall.

Here at The Mall Romford we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our Mall Team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Ask me Point team are always nearby to answer your queries. We'll help you locate lost property, buy Gift Cards, answer your questions and assist with photocopying and faxing. For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on level 3.
