Retail Merchandising Units

Our RMUs provide businesses with high quality, cost-effective units to sell from. We place the units in the middle of the busy areas of our Malls, which make them ideal for specialist product sales, product launches and test marketing.

 At Romford we have 7 available RMUs, two situated on level 1 and five on level 2 positioned around the central atrium.

As an RMU operator you can benefit from:

  • A flexible short term licence agreement
  • Low start-up costs and overheads
  • A high specification self contained Retail Merchandising Unit (RMU)

Promotional Space

One of the key objectives at the mall is to provide customers with the high quality and new experiences they have grown to expect. We are working continually to build partnerships with brands who can create promotions that will add value. The Mall has had a variety of successful promotional activities with an assortment of well known brands, as well as many local businesses, utilizing our promotional spaces. This allows the operator to fully interact with our shoppers

The Mall Romford offers one main promotional space and one smaller space for single stands. Both are suituated on level 1 in the central atrium and benifit from our highest footfall area.

Promotional spaces can be booked on flexible agreement terms.

Mall TV

Mall TV is a digital screen network located across all our Malls. Managed by our partner Avanti Screenmedia, Mall TV enables brands and retailers to target a captive audience of 4 million consumers a week while they are in buying mode.
