The Mall introduces new Fish Pedicures to the city
The Mall has opened its doors to a foot spa with a difference, which will have its shoppers 'fishing' for compliments.
Dr Spafish is now open and offers a unique pedicure experience which involves live fish nibbling away the dead skin on feet. The Garra Rufa or 'Doctor Fish' work through the built up of hard skin on the heels and soles of the feet getting rid of any dry skin, but leaving the healthy flesh untouched. The toothless spa-fish are seen as an alternative to pumice stones and foot scrubs, leaving the feet feeling soft and smooth.

Bradley Carter, managing director of Dr. Spa Fish said: "We are extremely pleased to have the opportunity to share our unique pedicure experience with the people of Norwich through our new outlet in The Mall. The 'natural pedicure' gets rid of hard or flaky skin on the feet; effectively assists with treating psoriasis and eczema; improves blood circulation in the feet and also relaxes the body to reduce fatigue. Our fish are sourced from breeders with a constant healthy stock of Garra Rufa fish. Dr Spafish takes pride in sourcing only the best of these very special fish and only provides true breed Garra Rufa." A session at Dr Spafish, which is located on level two of The Mall next to BB's, costs just £10 for 15 minutes of nibbling.
