Previous retail management experience is essential, Experience of controlling costs and managing budgets to work in a specialist and innovative new concept within retail. You will be accountable for managing and coaching your team, setting an example by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. You will monitor staff performance informally and through one to one meetings, ensuring individual and team objectives are met, including sales targets. Other accountabilities include the following; Inspiration and motivation of your team. Set standards and deliver store KPI's, Managing all promotional activity. maintaining and ordering stock, carrying out cashing up and banking duties, managing attendance, rotas and annual leave and general front of house duties. The ideal candidate should have a positive outlook and embrace challenges, be highly motivated and promote a fun working atmosphere whilst maintaining high customer standards. An Excellent level of Math's and English is required and relevant in house training will be provided.
