How to get to The Mall Norwich by...

• By Car: Car Park 1 (727 spaces) is located on Market Avenue at the top of Rose Lane.
  Car Park 2 (81 spaces) is located on Farmers Avenue.
  
  Find out the most up to date information on available spaces in our Car Park
• By Bus: Exit the bus station via Surrey Street, at the end of the road turn right on to St Stephens Street. Head towards the Castle, then past Marks & Spencer and Debenhams on your left. Continue past Primark. The White Lion Street entrance to The Mall Norwich is on your right, opposite Game. The Castle Meadow entrance to The Mall Norwich is also visible from Primark.
• By Train: From the train station walk over the bridge and up Prince of Wales Road. Keeping to the left hand side, follow the road up the hill towards the Castle. Once you reach Warings Furniture and The Marquee pub on your left, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and the Cattle Market Street entrance to The Mall Norwich is directly in front of you.

Bedlam is a soft play area for children located on level 2, next to the toilets past Boots and Vision Express.  They are open all year round* from 9.30am - 4.30pm.

*Excludes Bank Holidays and when someone has a private party.

We'll help you purchase Mall Gift Cards, locate lost property and find out information about Mall events, shops and promotions.  For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on level 3.
