At The Mall Norwich parking is easy, safe and secure. We have our own Park Mark award-winning car parks that offer convenient access to your Mall shopping centre. Car Park 1 has 13 colour-coded levels with 710 parking spaces, and the main entrance is via Market Avenue, off Rose Lane. We have Disabled parking bays which can be found on levels J & L and Parent and Child spaces which can be found on levels E & G. Car Park 2 has 81 spaces on 3 levels with both Disabled parking bays and Parent and Child parking bays on Level 3A. Car Park 2 is located on Farmers Avenue. We offer free parking after 5pm every Thursday evening throughout the year for late night shopping.

The height restriction for the car park is 2m (6.5 feet).

Cyclists

Cycle racks are located at Castle Meadow outside The Java Store and Timberhill outside Venture, Motorbike parking is on Farmers Avenue.

Due to safety reasons bikes are not permitted in The Mall so please utilise these facilities.
