Disabled Facilities

There are disabled toilets within easy reach at the entrance to Car Park 1 on level 2, level 3 and in The Mall Kitchen. They are free of charge and are controlled by a radar key which can be purchased from the Customer Services on level 2.

For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to all floors of The Mall Norwich. You'll find our Shop Mobility desk at the entrance to Car Park 1 on level 2 open from 10.00 AM to 4.30 PM Monday to Saturday. Here you can hire manual and powered wheelchairs for a small charge. Powered scooters are available for hire to members and you can join our scheme same day. Pre booking can be arranged by calling 01603 283148. There are automatic doors at each entrance for easy access. Guide dogs and Hearing dogs are always welcome.
