The public disabled toilets are situated outside of the centre. They can be accessed by leaving from Grange Road exit and turning left, the toilets are located 10 yards down on the left hand side.
If you have trouble using the stairs there are lifts to all levels. All lifts have low level buttons and our main doors are automatic for easy access. Guide dogs are always welcome at the Mall Middlesbrough.
