How to get to The Mall Luton...

• By Car: Take Junction 10 off the M1 following signs for Luton town centre. At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the dual carriageway, after about half a mile turn left at the traffic lights. At the roundabout take the 1st exit for the town centre. Pass the retail park on the right, and go straight over the next 2 roundabouts. At the large roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Cross the traffic lights next to the church on your left. Stay in the left hand lane which filters left past Avis into John Street then left again into Melson Street. The entrance to Market Car Park is immediately on your left and the service road is directly ahead.
  
  From Hitchin use the A505 and follow the signs to the town centre.
• By Bus: Various bus companies offer services to Luton Town Centre, including Arriva and Centrebus. Many of these services stop directly outside The Mall.

• By Train: The Mall is a 5 minute walk from Luton Train Station. Exit the station using the pedestrian bridge towards the town centre. At the traffic lights cross over Guildford Street and you will see the Mall's entrance directly ahead of you..

Here at The Mall Luton, we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our Mall Team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Ask me Point team are always nearby to answer your queries. We'll help you locate lost property, buy Mall gift vouchers, send or receive a fax, buy a postage stamp and we can even lend you a pushchair. For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on the Gallery Level, above The Body Shop.

Gift Cards

The Mall Spend Me Card can be used as payment in nearly all of our shops within The Mall Luton (any store equipped for Mastercard), making them the perfect gift for everyone. The Spend Me Card is a flexible pre-paid card, available in any amount up to £1000 from the Customer Services desk opposite Woolworths.

Children's Centre

The Children's Centre at The Mall Luton is a registered charity sited in The Mall since 1986. The centre offers a Nursery, Crèche, Drop In facility as well as a shoppers crèche and is located on The Gallery level next to the Management Office.
