Here at The Mall Gloucester we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our Mall Team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Ask me Point team are always nearby to answer your queries. We'll help you locate lost children or property as well as answering any questions you have about your Mall. For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on the 2nd Floor of Eastgate Chambers, at the Eastgate Street entrance next door to Severn Sound Studios. We'd also like to help keep your little ones safe, so child wristbands are available free of charge at the Customer Services on the ground floor.
