Disabled Facilities

The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the first floor. It's free of charge and is opened using a radar key which can be obtained by a member of staff in the Food Court.

For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to all floors of The Mall Gloucester. All lifts in The Mall Gloucester are voice controlled and have low level buttons. A ramp provides easy access from the car park. You'll find Shop Mobility just round the corner from The Mall on Hampden Way which is open from 9.30 AM to 5.00 PM where you can hire automatic and manual wheelchairs and powered scooters. Our main doors are automatic for easy access and guide dogs are always welcome.
