Our Mall Team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Ask me Point team are always nearby to answer your queries. The Customer Services staff are happy to direct you to find what your looking for whether its advice on a gift for a loved one or simply directions around the Mall.

We'll help you locate lost property, provide change for the pay stations, provide wheelchair assistance and let you know about events and special offers. For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on level 4 at the Atrium.
