We want you to shop in comfort. That's why at The Mall Falkirk we pride ourselves on the accessibility and high standards of our Freshen Up toilet facilities. They can be located on Level 4, behind the Ask Me Point.

Alternative toilets can be found on level 4 at the Atrium, under Mathiesons Café.

Baby Fresh

It's no fun for little ones (or you) when they are uncomfortable. At The Mall Falkirk our newly refurbished Parent and Baby room has two changing mats, two private feeding cubicles and a toddler toilet. A bottle warmer (kindly donated by Boots) is also available at the Ask Me Point.

There is an additional baby changing facility in the disabled toilet on Level 4 at the Atrium. It's clean and secure, so you can all take time-out and refresh.
