Disabled Facilities

The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the ground floor, next to Waitrose. It's free of charge and is accessible with a radar key. Spare radar keys are available at The Customer Services.

For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to all floors of The Mall Epsom. All lifts in The Mall Epsom are voice controlled and have low level buttons. The council run shopmobility scheme which is located in the car park.

Our main doors are automatic for easy access and guide dogs are always welcome.
